Taking Paper

Here's how you take your designated assessment as a candidate

Tixa Grade

As a candidate, there are a just few steps required for you to be able to take a paper assessment with Tixa Grade. The steps are outlined below:

Getting Ready

First of all, you need to be logged in, obtain your associate login URL from your administrator, log in to your candidate portal You can create an assessment paper by clicking on Take Assessment on the "Activity" dropdown on the sidebar or on the Activity page itself.

Select Paper

You should be very careful when selecting the paper you are about to take. Make sure both the name and code matches what you expect. It is not recommendable to select a paper based on the time it was supposed to be available, as your Paper Manager may change this for some reason. After selecting the paper, you will need to confirm your attendance by entering your candidate account password.

Answering Questions

After you officially log your attedance, you can then start answering the questions. Be sure to click the save button after you choose or provide an answer.

Always check your question paper to see if it has both objective and theory questions by using the top navigation menu.

Submitting Paper

When you have provided all the answers you can, click on the submit button at the very bottom of the page.

You will be asked to confirm your submission. Tixa Grade will also inform you on whether you have fully completed your required answers or not.

If the time allocated to the paper elapses, the system will automatically submit the paper for you. Aside this scenario, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you always submit yourself when you are done.

Aftermath

The aftermath after you submit depends on the type of paper you took. If you took an objective only paper, your result will be instantly available on submission. If your paper had theory questions, your Assessment Compiler would need to mark your theory section before your result will become avaiable.
