Available Settings
Tixa Retail is made to fit the needs of your store, that's why your store has certain customisable settings you can adjust to achieve this. These are the following settings you can adjust in Tixa Retail:
VAT/Sales Tax
The VAT or Sales Tax setting is useful if your store operates in a country where you need to charge sales tax or VAT (Value added tax). You can adjust this setting in decimal form. e.g. Entering 0.075 would mean your store charges an extra 7.5% of the price of the item in addition to it.
You can only adjust this setting when a cart is not currently in use. Adjusting it in future will only affect future sales and not sales you've already made.
Refund Deadline
This sets the number of days after a sale that an order is eligible for a refund. You can select from between 1 - 14 days or no refund at all. The default is 7 days.
Refund Value
This sets the limit for the refund your store can give. e.g. Entering 1.00 would mean your store gives a 100% refund. The default is 1.00.
Store Currency
This sets the currency for the price of the items listed in your store. The default is NGN.
You can only adjust this setting when a cart is not currently in use. Adjusting it in future will only affect future sales and not sales you've already made.
