As long as you do not cancel your premium subscription, you will be billed every month using the metric associated with your Tixa application.
If you choose to cancel a paid plan, you can do so by clicking on the "PRO" icon next to the tab name and you will be redirected to the Tixa Store. At the store, indicate you want to cancel the paid plan and confirm. You will be no longer billed in the next billing cycle of the next month.
You can only cancel your subscription if you don't owe any pending payments. If you're owing, you will have to pay up in total before you can cancel.
What Happens After?
When you cancel, your will no longer have access to the professional features of your Tixa. You will have 30 days from the date of cancellation to change your mind before your Tixa data is permanently deleted from our servers.
If your Tixa is a freeware like Tixa Retail, you can continue using the basic version even after cancelling your professional plan.
