As a form of preview, you can either use Tixa entirely for free or through a trial. However, some features may not available to you and you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to access them. Depending on your Tixa, this may vary.

If you choose to switch to a paid plan, you can do so by clicking on the "TRIAL" or "FREE" icon next to the tab name and you will be redirected to the Tixa Store. At the store, indicate you want to switch to the paid plan and confirm. You will be billed in the next billing cycle the next month. This is usually on day 26 - 28 of every month.

If you cancelled your pro plan and would like to switch back, you can only do so if you do not owe any payment. If you owe any payments, you will have to pay up before you can re-subscribe for professional.

Tixa Study

Tixa Study is a trialware that allows you to try the application for a limited amount of time before you are compelled to pay to continue using it.

In your Tixa Account, you can only have 5 institutions and 500 associates in each of the institutions, if you need more than this, you will have to request for the enterprise edition of Tixa.

In Tixa Study you will be billed monthly depending on the number of associates, or in this case, students you have. The charge will be for both for your active and archived students.

Tixa Grade

Tixa Grade is a trialware that allows you to try the application for a limited amount of time before you are compelled to pay to continue using it.

In your Tixa Account, you can only have 5 institutions and 500 associates in each of the institutions, if you need more than this, you will have to request for the enterprise edition of Tixa.

In Tixa Grade you will be billed monthly depending on the papers you have and the number of results compiled.

Tixa Retail

Tixa Retail is entirely free to use but has limited features. If you choose to upgrade to the paid version, you will be billed monthly depending on the number of sales you make for the month.
